Question for weight lifters. serious people only?

Okay, i am 19 years old i weigh about 165 pounds. idk if that matters but oh well. i have been getting into weight lifting in the last few months and i was wondering if this routine ive been doing is good for my arm and shoulder muscles or not. i use 1 10 pound dumbbell and i usually do about 100 to 200 reps a day in each arm. the way i do them is i do 10 reps in each arm of like 10 or 11 different exercises. like forearms and shoulder workouts but mostly biceps and triceps. i also do push ups every once and a while. ive been doing this for about 2 or 3 months and i havent really seen any difference in my arms but they do feel stronger than they ever really have before. should i continue this workout? if anyone has better ways or suggestions please let me know. thanks - ryan e. oh quick reminder i also take days off to rest my arms every few days so please dont post that i should do that because i always rest my body
