Why did she apply the cuffs tightly when i got arrested?

Sorry to say it, but when you get drunk and act like an idiot, you deserve punishment from the cops. Many people will stick up for the person and say the cops suck, but I'm sorry, it's just if you do something stupid it's hard for me to feel sorry for you. It's similar to all those police chases I see where the cops kick the person when they finally catch up to them. People will say "What a jerk. That cop kicked the drunk driver who was doing 100+ mph and putting all those innocent lives at risk" ... BS, the person who acted stupid by getting drunk, etc. deserved it.
